Nano Silicon Composite Fire-rated Glass is a new type of fire-rated glass composed by transparent and hard Nano silicon flammastic and glass. Nano silicon flammastic is a kind of hard and inorganic transparent fireproof crystal. Each piece of glass is formed through 30 production steps within 500 hours, which is a new type of fireproof glass featuring aging resistance, stability and high quality.  It belongs to class A fireproof glass featuring transparent and non-fading. Nanocrystalline silicon features high strength, transparency, stability, weatherability and fire resistance, which can be combined into fireproof glass with various functions with double glazed, Low-E, tempered, laminated, bulletproof and art glass etc.  

Fireproof principle: When the fire occurs, the glass will quickly burst at the high temperature, then the fireproof adhesive layer begins to foam, expand and absorb the high heat resulted from the burning flame, forming the opaque formica with strong hardness. It can not only effectively isolate from the flame, smog and poisonous gas, but also block the heat brought by the burning flames.
